This sewer needed rodding and was plugged up with tree roots every 6 months.  We ran our sewer camera through it and found tree roots actively growing inside the pipe joints around this tree.  We excavated the pipe and replaced the bad section around the tree and added a cleanout.  Our camera saved this homeowner alot of money, as only part of the sewer needed replacement.

This sewer comes into the basement below the floor elevation.  Every time there was a big storm, the city main sewer would get overloaded and back up making a huge mess in the basement.  We located the sewer in the front yard using our underground pipe locator and dug it up.  We installed a "Back-water check valve" using a new style that is accessible from the finish yard grade and does not require a big pit.  We also installed a new outside cleanout for ease of rodiing in the future.

We employ the latest technology to aid in efficient sewer repair and replacement work.  Our camera can be pushed through your sewer and also be located outside to try and pinpoint the exact area of your problems.  We have found fittings installed backwards and a telephone pole was drilled through the sewer at an area business that had been getting rodded out for many year$$$$.

Not the frog, but this picture shows our 400 foot, 25 gallons per minute, 1600 PSI sewer jetter pulling out of a sewer leaving the pipe walls clean as new.  The jetter will do sanitary, grease and storm lines up to 12" in diameter.
